Zane Alexander DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ANY RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT. You may return it within 7 days of the date it was delivered. Any items returned after 7 days from the date it was delivered will be returned back at the buyer's expense. Store credit codes are issued for the amount spent on your item(s). Store credit codes are good for one year and do not cover shipping costs. Once your return parcel is received, please allow 48 hours processing time to receive your store credit code via email. Your return must be unused and in all original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears worn or dirty.
